Important Info for New Patients

Your First Visit

Side view of dental patient examination roomWe love meeting new patients, and from the moment you arrive, we work hard to make sure you know how much our team truly enjoys having the opportunity to help you and your loved ones achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles that last a lifetime. We greet new patients (and existing patients) warmly at the start of every visit. New patients receive a small gift as a token of our appreciation and to get them started down the road to superior oral health. Then, we take a quick trip through the dental office, so you’ll know all about our dental office. Next, Dr. Jay DeHart or Dr. Ernest Costello sits down with you one on one to discuss your current oral health care concerns, smile goals, and a plan to get you from here to there. Our dedication to making patients feel like family starts before you ever arrive and lasts through years of dental care that exceeds even the highest expectations.
