Scholarship Program

Congratulations on your senior year and your pending high school graduation! This is an exciting time for you. As a high school senior there are many exciting events happening in your life, college most likely being at the forefront of your mind. Because you are a current patient with Costello & DeHart Dental Excellence, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to be awarded a $1,000 scholarship toward your freshman year of college.
